Do you have a blog or diary of your Camino experience. I love reading everyone's own personal journey. Thanks

Laurie, is this "generic" Hospitalero training for any albergue or have you been assigned to a specific one already? Bob

This was the generic training offered by APOC. I don't know when I'll be able to serve 2 weeks, but I learned so much and have a list of albergues to check out next year on the Camino Frances.

I'm grateful for my Camino experience, and for being asked to share it with a room full of co-workers. My latest post is about presenting.

I miss Spain! But I'm grateful for my wonderful life here in the SF Bay Area. We are finally getting some much needed rain. Peace to all!

I, too, miss Spain. But, having gotten out hiking this week to enjoy the fall colors really helped! Believe it or not, I really look forward to crossing the Pyrenees again.

Maybe there should be a food category on this forum. I just posted about pilgrim meals at the Paradores in things to see and do in Santiago.

That is how my wife pitched this to me originally... red wine and crusty bread. She knows how to motivate me!

In May 2016, I enjoyed ten days on the Camino Portuguese. In 2017 I plan to walk the Camino Ingles. I'm working my way up to Camino Frances in 2018 when I can take enough time to start from SJPP - six weeks or so.

As a Chapter Coordinator for the Northern California Chapter of the American Pilgrims on the Camino (APOC). I attend monthly chapter calls, help organize pilgrim events, lead hikes, and promote Camino activities to SF Bay Area pilgrims.

I love Spain. I have been there seven times since 1992. When I heard about the Camino, I found my calling. I created a blog at http://thecaminoprovides.com that celebrates the Camino and the pilgrim's journey. I love to collaborate with others who love the Camino. Pilgrim interviews, guests posts, videos and favorite blog submissions welcome! Email laurie@caminoprovides.com.
