      Hey Aussie!! I too plan to start walking on Sept 1, the same day I did 2 years ago. If you have to finish by Oct 8, it will be a challenge but certainly doable. On my first walk I made it to Santiago on Oct 5 but it really was pushing it. If you have any questions I may be able to help you with please let me know. Look forward to meeting you on the trail.
