T-minus 85 days until my brother priest and I step-off in Oviedo for 14 stages on the CP, connecting with the CF in Melide.

I'm making notes in my Wise Pilgrims guide and I was wondering if anyone who has taken this route perhaps discovered any places notable for good drink and/or fare that I should include on our itinerary.

    Cheers and Buen Camino!

Yes, I walked it last year and food was overall very good. I recall the best pulpo at a locals bar next to the church in Grandas de Salime. I’ll try to find the name, sello and photos. If you like pulpo and estrella, you’ll love it. It’s all they offer.
