    Only one picture, that's tough?!
I'm going with a bodega between Villafranco and O'Cebreiro, 15th April 2018, as the sun was rising.

This is one of my favourite Camino shots – It’s actually from The Camino Sureste on a Very Hot day – When we walked into town to pick up the key for the Refugio, as it was located on the outskirts of the town, the lady key-holder kindly gave us a lift there in her van – We drove through the town with many waving at the Peregrino’s sitting in the back with the doors open – Health and Safely Regulations would forbid an act of kindness like this in the UK !!

This one is popular. I have seen many pictures of this same location by many peregrinos.

On this beautiful day here in the mountains of upstate New York, I’m reminded of a similarly gorgeous day crossing the Pyrenees out of SJPP. A nice break at the “mountain hut” seemed to be in order for many pilgrims as we worked our way over the Col de Lepoeder. Buen Camino!

Hey Rob - you really captured the wonderfully solitary feeling when can have in the morning alone on the Camino. It was always my favorite time of day to be walking. Nice pic! Buen Camino!

Seems like a good time of year to share a photo of warmer times along the Camino. Hontanas was one of my favorite places! I have to wonder if this small village would even exist if the Camino didn’t pass through it. Although some find this section of the CF tedious, I loved the openness of the Meseta. The day I walked between Hornillos and Hontanas, it was pretty much ankle deep mud most of the way (just part of the experience)! But, a good bed and an excellent pilgrim’s dinner awaited at the Albergue Santa Brigida. Buen Camino!

    Wily,

I recognized your picture immediately because I took almost the exact same picture, although I like your angle and zoom much better. The picture brought back painful memories as I didn't zigzag on the steep downhill drop into Hontanas and pulled a leg muscle that caused me some issues for a few days. I snapped the picture from the courtyard at the albergue just coming into Hontanas where we stopped for a break because my leg was already so sore at that point.

Hey Brian - I believe that’s the Albergue Juan de Yepes where you stayed. Loved the courtyard and green chairs! So sunny and relaxing. Had some friends staying there when I was just down the street at the Santa Brigida. If one goes by the Brierley guide, most pilgrims will only walk through Hontanas since Hornillos is where he recommends stopping. So glad I walked on another 10 km that day. Really enjoyed kicking back, knocking the mud off, and enjoying this peaceful Camino village. Buen Camino!

Other than stopping for a break and refreshment, we did just walk through it. :D

Hey CW - The photo of Saint James from the cathedral is one of my favorite images. My photo is almost identical to your. So many great images all along The Way to remind the pilgrim of his presence and importance. It brings back great memories. Thanks for sharing. Buen Camino!

He is all cleaned up now, this pic was 2015. I will try to DL my Sept. 2018 pic of him...clean and shiny! Have to actually go home from work first, and it is currently -30, -43 with wind chill. And I am tired of shovelling the drive way!

Same issue here in Minnesota, except for the working part. I gave that up 7 years ago. :)
