    Hey Fellow Foodies - As many of us will be traveling through Madrid in the coming months, I thought that I’d bring to your attention the oldest restaurant “in the world” dating back to 1725 - the Sobrino de Botin.

    Although it’s not cheap, it might just be the perfect place for a post-Camino celebratory dinner in the heart of old Madrid just a few blocks from the Plaza Major. The artist/painter Francisco de Goya worked there as a waiter and Hemingway was fond of their specialty, suckling roast pig.
